Miso-Glazed Tofu

2 blocks cotton Tofu

Two types of Marinade sauces:

 1. Miso Sauce:1Tbs miso paste, 1Tbs brown sugar, 2 Tsp soy sauce

       2. Chilli Sauce:Diced ginger ,2Tbs soy sauce, 1 Tsp bean paste with chilli

Methods

Press as much excess water as possible out of the tofu for an hour.

Cut the tofu into bite-sized chunks.

Place cut tofu in types of the marinades sauces according to your preference:

For Miso Marinade: Mix the (1) ingredients and let the cut tofu marinate for 10 minutes.

For Chilli Marinade: Mix the (2) ingredients and let the cut tofu marinate for 10 minutes.

Then the marinade is absorbed.

Toaster oven on ‘Toast’. Toast for 10 minutes each side.
