This time we will be using ingredients of high nutritional value, cashew nuts and red capsicum to make a dip sauce. We will be using the food processor to blend the ingredients. When I first heard “food processor”, I thought it had something to do with processing compost or something, but, I was probably the only one that thought that, *tear.
1 Red Capsicum
Cashew Nuts 200g
Salt to taste
Lemon Juice, 2-3 drops
Ground Black Pepper to taste
Soy Sauce, a little, approx. 1/2 tsp
- First grind the 200g of cashew nuts in a food processor until into powder form
- Then add red capsicum and process to smooth.
- Finally, add in soy sauce, lemon juice, pepper and salt and processed for minutes to make the dip smooth. Yeah! Then voila! Only takes 3-5 minutes!
All we need to do now is to make a cup of tea, and chat over this delicious afternoon tea.
