Red Pepper Cashew Dip


This time we will be using ingredients of high nutritional value, cashew nuts and red capsicum to make a dip sauce.We will be using the food processor to blend the ingredients. When I first heard “food processor”, I thought it had something to do with processing compost or something, but, I was probably the only one that thought that, *tear.



1 Red Capsicum

Cashew Nuts 200g

Salt to taste

Lemon Juice, 2-3 drops

Ground Black Pepper to taste

Soy Sauce, a little, approx. 1/2 tsp


  1. First grind the 200g of cashew nuts in a food processor until into powder form
  2. Then add red capsicum and process to smooth.DSC07366DSC07369
  3. Finally, add in soy sauce, lemon juice, pepper and salt and processed for minutes to make the dip smooth. Yeah! Then voila! Only takes 3-5 minutes!DSC07298DSC07297

All we need to do now is  to make a cup of tea, and chat over this delicious afternoon tea.
