Mushroom and vege croquet

Ingredients

a few shittake mushrooms (soak in water until soft)

10 grams of finely diced celery

10 grams of diced carrots

1 block of tofu

some vege ham (optional)

3 potato

30 grams of cornflour

a pinch of salt

a little sugar

Method:

1. First, slice the potatoes. Boil them until they are cooked, mash it up and leave aside to cool.

2. Prepare the soaked mushrooms by finely dicing it.

3. Prepare a big bowl and mix the tofu, fried diced mushrooms and diced carrots, finely diced celery , mashed potatoes and all of the flavoring together.

4. Heat up the pan with oil (optimum temperature at 180 degrees celsius).
Roll the filling into a ball and place inside the pan with heated oil. Deep fry at high heat for about one minute until golden.
