Fried rice – Hawaiian Style

Ingredients:

3 Eggs

1 bowl of Rice

1 diced Cucumber

5 cubed Pineapple

1 cup of Corn

1 table spoon curry powder

3 pieces-diced Shitake mushroom

4-sliced Vege prawn

3 table spoons Tomato sauce

Salt and pepper for seasoning

Method:

  1. Cut all the ingredients and fry the vegetables and prawn first and leave to one side.

  2. Pour the rice in the pan add tomato sauceĀ and fry. At the corner side add a few oil and fry with curry powder. Add the ingredients, stir and mix well.

  3. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Put to one side

  5. Beat the two eggs and put in a frying pan
  6. Make a flat sheet of egg to roll around the rice
